All questionnaires are anonymized by a unique identification number (InSCI-ID) and there is no personal information such as name or address on the paper or online questionnaire. The paper questionnaires will be stored in a locked place and the electronic data is stored in a professional firewall protected database management system. Data protection is also guaranteed during online data entry as the communication between your computer and the server is encrypted (https, ssl) and thus not readable for anyone else. To provide high security against unauthorized access, insight or data manipulation, only registered persons from the study centers will have access to the database.
